Due to demand, there is a minimum booking fee of £400, excluding travel costs.

 

The first 20 miles of travel is free of charge, all miles thereafter are charged at £0.50 per mile from/to the artists home.

 

A non-refundable booking Deposit of £100 is required to secure our services for your wedding day.

 

The Trial Fee is non-refundable and is payable at the appointment. 

 

Each artist can complete up to 6 services on the wedding day. If an assistant is required, an additional fee of £80 per artist is applicable. Timings are planned and an assistant is booked well in advance if required, so please be aware that last minute changes or drop outs cannot be refunded.

 

If a change of location is required on the wedding day, please let us know as soon as possible in order to calculate timings. A minimum of 30 minutes is required to pack and unpack the makeup kit and a £30 relocation fee applies.

 

Please ensure on the day that your bridal party are on time for their allocated appointment slot, and have clean, dry hair (unless booked for a blowdry) if applicable.

 

Unless otherwise specified, any digital photos taken on the wedding day may be added to our website and/or social media. If a professional photographer is present, our artists may ask permission to obtain any images to be used for their portfolio/social media.

 

You will receive an invoice for the balance payment which is due one month prior to your wedding.

 

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking, we will always endeavour to find a suitable replacement artist from within our team, or through our many local wedding industry contacts.

 

We reserve the right not to provide a makeup service at any time if someone is potentially contagious i.e. sickness bug, cold sores, impetigo.

 

CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and this cannot be helped. If you cancel/postpone your booking with us, the terms for cancellation or postponement are as follows: - Six months before your wedding day 25% of your package fee, minus your deposit and trial fee (if paid), must be paid. - Three months before your wedding day 50% of your package fee, minus the deposit and trial fee (if paid), must be paid. - One month before your wedding day 100% of your package fee must be paid.

 

DATA PROTECTION

The information you give us will be collected and stored securely, and retained only until after your wedding date. You have complete control of your data and your communication preference.
